When will RGPS be relocated and for how long?
-
Hi KSP,
it should be 2012 and 2013
back at Hillcrest at 2014 -
Thanks.
Then my girl will spend her P4 and P5 at the holding school then her PSLE year back at hillcrest.
I suppose your girl is the same, right?
Do you know where is the holding school? -
yes my gal too.
I hope they will go for Alexandra but I was told of another location.
At this stage there are too many speculations and rumours, which got me really confused. -
What other locations you heard?
-
If it's end 2011 as I've heard, then my gal - like rugrats_pat's and KSP's and a few other forummers' here - would return to Hillcrest on the PSLE year.
I've got 2 more girls who would be joining jie jie during the time the school's undergoing this prep to turn single session too! So only DD3 would get to enjoy the am session in P2
(and we currently live so near current location! :x )
Think a number of locations have been considered (e.g., old SAJC, Toa Payoh, I've heard even Tampines!) but there's also the option to stay put and put up with the noise as the new building is being rebuilt on the ground.
Whilst it's very upsetting and unsettling in speculating, let's trust that the P and her people would know what is best for the girls. :xedfingers: -
I have been told the one at
38 teck Whye cres -
38 Teck Whye Cres is near Ten Mile Junction.
I heard the location at Tampines has been reserved for Tao Nan already.
Where is the old SAJC and which part of Toa Payoh? -
DD came home with the full year’s calendar of events. Looks like the P1s will not be having SA1 this year. There will be SA2 though.

KSP:
yes its near Ten Mile Juntion. BUT so far more people are talking about the one at Alexandra. So I am hopeful. At least the distance is still manageable from Bukit Timah Rd, I guess beats Tampines or CCK anytime.38 Teck Whye Cres is near Ten Mile Junction.
