Just msg my Ds’tutor

My DD is back n feedback Science was difficult but manageable.
Hope will still get good score. As for now can have happy dance and be worry only next month for the PSLE result!
Cheers to all kids and parents for their hardwork during d PSLE period. :rahrah: -
My dd also said Science paper was the hardest among the big 4. Mcq was ez but a few OE req a little thinking. She says the OE is actually standard Sci stuff so if concept ok, will be able to do. She says it’s not so super duper difficult that one will be at a loss to even start. She had 15 minutes to check. In her words.
Still got HMT. -
Packing dc’s books n materials. Can form a height of 1m, I think. Disregarding the outcome of psle, we should give them a pat at the back. Such tough life for a 12 yo.

My dh says dd reads even more books and does even more assessments than he has ever done in his lifetime, man.
I still rem my PSLE was a non event for me. We used to pick sec sch based on their uniform haha. That time St Nick's, MGS, SCGS, ACS, SJI, Cat High were the most popular schools. Some of my top performing frens chose Marymount, St Marg, TKGS. It was actually very ez to get into Raffles if you are the top 20%. The range was quite big but it's just Raffles now. -
Anyone can please recommend your good science private tutor me for DD. We stay at west coast clementi area but will not mind send to nearby vicinity or teacher house with small group coaching group.mplease can pm me if u know of any good science tutor around. The rest too far from my place then. I pick schools based on proximity oso. My mum says cannot take sch bus in sec sch. I tot it was quite sian to wake up so early and catch a bus to schilovelaksa:

There are many new (creative) questions in this Science paper. Do you think MOE is now placing less emphasis on answering technique but more focus on application of Science concept?
If MOE is doing that, I applaud them. They are moving into the right direction :rahrah:
