Yah, based on the info sheet that DS1 brought back last night, there's no SA for Sem1, but there's SA in Term 4.. which weighs 40%!!!! faint..

Am so happy.. DS1's teacher called me (though i thought it was rather late at night and she should be resting).. am so assured now that she's willing to assist with DS1's problem.. now can sleep better..

Most of the teacher seldom access to the computer even they have an email address. You can call the general office to leave the teacher a message (please give a contact number that can reach you, do not leave your home number if you are out most of the time). They will call you back.

Teachers do not call parents when there are small issues with the children. If it is a major issue like fighting or no handing in homework for a long time, teacher would call you. No news means good news.

In P3, we do not have CA2. Our SA1 = 30%, SA2 = 40%, The remaining 30% is based on our daily efforts.


In English, Daily efforts from Term 1 to Term 3 on spelling, composition, tests, storytelling.

In Chinese, Daily efforts from Term 1 to Term 3 on spelling, composition, tests.

In math, tropical test makes up the 30%

In science, tests 20%, Science Practical Assesment 10%

Look like we have to put in constant effort not only in exam but in the daily works.

But consider he hyperactive type with very short attention span. Excellent leow…

hi taurus, so ur son pass? my son class had not got the test paper back yet... yes, another math test on 2/2/10.. me fainting soon... got a hard time getting him to learn the chinese spelling...

our kids in same class leh, but my boy never tell me got test again nx wk leh???
thk i better go home and check with him again....
