Hello parents who have children going to P1 2014.

Wonder if school has sent out the orientation pack. We have not recieved it and planning our holiday but wasnt sure how much prep we need to do. Also, when do they normally send out?
Any updates here will be appreciated.

Am also waiting for updates and any parcels to be sent.

The school is busy with SA2. No time to send our packs out yet
Will the pack indicated which class our DC in?

4 years ago, when DD entered P1, the class was indicated on the orientation pack.


I would imagine they still do that, or else there would be lots of parents and
children queuing up before orientation to find out the class assigned to them.

School will ensure approx 50-50 for girls n boys in each class but normally there will be slightly more boys. definitely not by birthcert no. as the birthday months of the kids in my boy's class spread across the 12 mths.
