Some of these low scorers could have received more than one CO while their gep peers didn't even get any.TheAnswer:

209? Serious? I know some students in the best class (schools without GEP) getting less than 210.

Wow! I think need to be totally switched off to get that low… Need to do very badly for all papers.

Think we do not need to know how a bright kid can do badly at PSLE.
