We painted our house ourselves last time. :evil:

But hubs' frenz who have tried Nippon says the painting is well done. I suppose this is subjective depending on individual standards and expectation as well.

Value for money painting can come from students on hols. Can be sourced from ppl u know whose kids could either use up time doing positive work or those who could use some $. One of our acquaintances asked his Bangla neighbour if he was interested. Paid only a fraction of normal cost from commercial companies. One man job. Finished within the day.

After we moved in, a few units renovated, resulting in many crack lines on our walls. Those mozzie killings also left black marks everywhere. Think the renovation contractor did not do a good job either. So thinking of repainting.
