Is Bicep by invitation solely based on P3 results? Or will there be a selection paper which the students have to sit, just like GEP?

from what i know, top 10 or 15% will be selected to sit for a paper. aft which, they go thru an interview before they are selected for bicep

Any idea when is all these taking place coz we are almost close to end of schooling term? Or when will the student be notified if they are selected to take the test? Thanks -
