There are usually two \"better\" P3 class. For 2013, it is Pri 3A and 3J. From the list of class allocation of your DS/DD's class, you can kind of guess which are the 2 better class because the first few positions of every class will get allocated to these 2 classes. -

yes, report card wld not indicate but teacher wld usually announce top 3 in class. -
