Parents who make their children undergo plastic surgery
-
such surgery on children is not common here unless the child is born with some major scar or torned lips.
But quite common in some countries; like South Korea; typcially in the final years before graduation & before graduation photo is taken. -

Lulz, nope. Journalist hopeful maybe.
But oh god not plastic surgeon. -
Okay, because if you're aiming to be a plastic surgeon, I'd advise against it coz it's a litiguous society out there!
Journalist oso got to be careful what you say
Hope you can find some subjects to interview...all the best! -
if u want similar type of juicy story to write, i can contribute hehe
Years ago, my wife gave tuition to a Pri 6 girl. 3 months before PSLE, she requested to stop tuition. My wife was puzzled and asked the girl whyβ¦at first she refused to say, then eventually she broke down and revealed that her mother wanted her to stop tuition.
The reason is because the mother went for breast implants, then now got no money for groceries :!: -
Braces & IPL are considered enhancements too. I am receptive to this type of enhancements
But to undergo the surgery... :faint: -
Hey guys, thanks for all the replies. Keep this thread alive! Someone out there must know someone who did something of this sort.

Actually, Faye Wong also sends her daughter for plastic surgery, but it is because to rectify some birth defects around the mouth area which hampers her daily routine activities, if I remember correctly.
Hence, we have to look at the individual circumstances, too. -
And, by the way, nic88, you haven't reported at the Newbie thread yet, right?
Well, to obtain feedback from fellow forummers, you must abide by the forum SOP, right?
That was why fellow forummers asked whether you were a plastic surgeon wannabe, because we don't know anything about you. Perhaps you would like to make an introduction of yourself there first?
