Wah, you got another boy at RI ?

No... I only have 1 secondary school-going boy. My no.2. The rest too young for RI, LOL. But RI is opposite my office.

this kind of inconsiderate drivers are a dime a dozen, around RGPS/NJC/NYGH, HCI, NYPS, MGS, ACS, HPPS, etc. they are leading bad examples to their kids who will grow up and park their cars blocking other motorists without a second thought and think that it is your fault if you are blocked

But those causing jams at NJC Rise are usually inconsiderate drivers from RGPS. These are what RGPS drivers usually do:

        1) They stop at the corner causing jams. (Can't they stop further up the road ?),

        2) They stop at both sides (can't they stop at just one side ?).

        3) They do U-turn at the beginning of the road causing jams (can't they do U-turn further up near the NJC boarding school there !!)

This afternoon, for a change I drive up to NJC Rise via Greenwood Ave to pick up my girl.

There are so many cars belonging to RGPS parked along the left side of NJC Rise. I understand they are waiting to pick up their girl. But still okay because the balance space is still just enough for 2 cars to move (one up the hill to NJC & one down the hill from NJC)

I can understand this as everyone is in the same boat but one inconsiderate parent from RGPS parked his car at the bend are causing only one car can move, thus causing jam.

What is worse is that another BMW 5 series chose to park his car on the right side instead. I dunno why he down to park his car further up the hill but chose to park lower down the hill but on the right side instead. Maybe he dowan his girl to walk to far ?

This inconsiderate driver caused chaos along the road becos the 2 lines of cars now got to squeeze & move into 1 lane. Who to give way ? The upstream one or the downstream one ? Eventually common sense prevai when the last car on the downhill bound (ie at the uphill side) decided to reverse & everyone reverse to make way.

All this time, the driver of the BMW 5 series just look as if not his problem !! Hey, you BMW driver, you may be rich, you may have lots of money, you may own lots of properties but you don't own the road leh...
Hi , I suggest you call/email the school and give the car number. Circulars have been sent out in the past regarding proper parking at NJC Rise..

I stay in the neighborhood and I must say some parents are really inconsiderate. I have no issues if they park legally and not obstruct traffic, even when they stop right outside my gate while waiting, provided the driver is in the car.

However, there are drivers who parked illegally on pavements or even at stop junction just so they can hop in the car and drive off. C’mon, spare a thought for other road users and residents. You are obviously obstructing traffic and causing jams because effectively only one tiny lane is usable.

Please buy a wheel clamp and do the necessary when it becomes to hard to bear with it

I face the same thing .... different road though
