Reader's Digest in Chinese
-
Anybody knows?
I read in the internet that Reader's Digest ceased their Chinese publication last year. We are thinking of subscribing to a Chinese language magazine like Reader's Digest to help DS's Chinese language. He has been posted to a SAP school but his CL is cmi :faint: . He didn't even take Higher Chinese in Primary school so we are really worried
In the last few months of P6, he started reading Reader's Digest in English and we found it helped his English. That's why we are thinking of finding Chinese language equivalent of Reader's Digest.
He has been reading Chinese newspapers this holiday but we found that reading Reader's Digest in English helped him more in English compo than reading The Straits Times. Maybe because articles in Reader's Digest were written like stories while ST's articles are news. That's why we think he'd better read Reader's Digest in Chinese too. Too bad the magazine had ceased
Do you know any Chinese language magazine that is like Reader's Digest?
Thank you in advance. -

Once he read, I will tell you. Has your DC been reading Reader's Digest English?
