depends on how the company's IT lock down the notebook. Most companies that practise this would have locked it down so tight that you cant by-pass. if you are able to amend that setting then you can by-pass.

clear browser history, goto tools->Internet options ->clear or browsing history->delete
At delete screen there are options on what u want to delete.
