I saw the slide sent by a friend, eligibility for Express is 96.1% n normal is 3.9%.

Not sure where's your friend's source but the above results is published in NCPS's website. NCPS's express % can't be that high. Take a look there.[/quote]The data for 96.1% are students taking 4S whereas timtim's data is meant for whole cohort including students taking foundation.

CL - Chinese language?
EL - English Language?
CME - Civil Moral Education? (chinese lang one right?)

AC - art and craft??
MA - Math??
MU - ??
P1 EL CS - ??
