I understand that KHS PV is now being under some discussion whether it should subsume under SHHK volunteer scheme. I’m unsure about the outcome though.

I am a SPR and live more that 2km from Haig Girls School. I am extremely keen to register my child in this school in year 2015 (my child is born in 2009) and I am willing to do PV for this school to be eligible for Phase 2B registration. Can someone provide me their honest views or opinion whether I stand a chance to send my daughter in this school? Thanks.

You are a PR, but what about your child? It's the nationality of the child that matters.

Based on last year's statistics, your girl should be safe if you are a PV. No balloting for P2B last year.

HGS getting more and more popular in the last 2 yrs and there's more parents joining PV. But I believe you should be safe if you do PV and enrol in phase 2B.
