Keke, I been through that tug of war with my kids first two weeks of school holiday. It’s an uphill task getting them to clear out the rubbish in their room.

I just vacuumed the house today...no thanks to the haze, my floor is so dusty and water in the vacuum cleaner was BLACK !!! I just mopped last night

Caution hor.. Easy to gain weight.. Hard to lose hor..

One of my new year resolutions is to exercise 3 times a week.. I'm working much lesser this year.. More time for family, self development, exercise and entertainment.. I like it this way :please:

I totally agree with you…it’s VERY easy to gain 1 kg but very hard to lose it.
