Mutree, my gal says they always move to another classrooms all the time. Only stay put for English lesson. She had the spelling list yesterday, then Math & Eng homework need to hand in tomrw.


I asked the Admin office before, the modular curriculum is meant for students to try out diff activities & see what's their interests. Just need to wear PE attire. Looks like the timetable given has sched for all P1 classes. Interesting activities there, can't imagine her doing Wushu *LOL*.

Another thing, Did you receive any info about CCA? Coz I don't seem to have it.

Chosun, there was a form on cca given on friday for us to fill in the 3choices…i filled in and put it in my gal s bag and it’s no longer there now so I supposed teacher has taken it back.

Glad to know that our girls are in the same class. Yup, my girl got the spelling list and she told me the spelling will starts next Tuesday. No homework too.

May I check when did the Teacher give out the timetable? CCA list? I didnt receive both.

May I know what is the English homework that the gals need to hand in today? I only saw the Maths homework in her clear folder and nothing else.

You are right, the admin lady said modular curriculum is on activities and hence the gals should wear PE attire. Looking at that, our Compassion’s gals will have PE attire for 5 days.

I checked with the PE teacher and he said that it depends on what modular lesson it’ll be. Like if it’s lessons in classroom, then school uniform. If it’s those exercise kind, it’ll be PE attire. The ME schedule given out recently would detail what lesson there are.

I guess can just wear PE by default just in case if you aren’t sure?

That s the difficult part for the modular curriculum timetable. There is a classroom based activity /wushu for the same dates. I supposed the class will be split to attend either one but it never says my gal belongs to which group. So i supposed safest measure is to wear pe attire?

For spelling, my gal also told me that spelling is next week, but she copied dates on top of all the spelling list and list one was dated 21 jan. Will ask her to clarify with teacher.
May i ask for citizenship and character education,is it the same 好公民好品德？bookstore sells both chinese and english version. So chinese students buy chinese one?

Hi freelie, your gal also from compassion,right?i think there is english handwriting home work, from A to D. Dunno when to hand up. Date indicated in my gal s helpmate.

If your gal is taking Chinese as MT, then she should by the Chinese version for Character and Citizenship.

I am DD daddy, my girl is in P1 Zeal too. Btw, dear parents, I have notice for children taking the school bus home. Some children is not sitting down with their seat belt buckle up and can see some children walking around in the bus when is moving. Some bus operator do not have assistance and the bus driver did not make sure the children have their seat belt buckle up.

Please advise your DD to seat and not move around when the bus is moving, This is very dangerous. Hope the school principal and teacher do highlights to our DD on this issue.
