BASC so far ok, they ensure all homework is done and also help test them on their spelling/ting xie. It is more for convenience

      Hi famangelina31!

Looks like this BASC is still not bad, right? I heard some other BASCs don't bother monitoring the child.

What do they serve your son for lunch? I also heard that some BASCs just buy takeaways for the children.

        Hi All,

Guess maybe in the future I would also put my boy in the BASC when he go to P3 which is morning session. There are 2 BASC near RMPS & the other one is PCF Telok Blangah.

Anyone is using one of them & can share what you have? Most important must have people supervise them do homework & possible a bit of teaching. This would lighten in a way for working parents for us.

My son is currently at PCF Telok Blangah. It is ok so far as they do supervise them - currently they run though Ting Xie/Spelling w my DS. They have proper study rooms and play area. So far, they serve proper meals..no complaints ... ๐Ÿ˜„

Rice with vegetables and meat ( fish/chicken). No takeaways as far as i know. The supervisors are also quite responsible and friendly.

So, did you receive any confirmation for the STELLAR talk? Did your son manage to register for you?

                    Hi All,

Is coming Friday the school would declare a 1/2 day for the students? Something like dismiss at 10.30am?

Not likely so. The school would have announced it in their circular last week, but nothing was mentioned. I also checked with my son's form teacher, and she said she would get back to me.
