Her score is 247+ 2. St Nicks was her 1st choice actually but she didnt get in. However she din appeal earlier. Is it possibke to do so now?

I personally think it’ll be quite hard. School is really quite in full swing now with CCA auditions this week. Frankly it hasnt been easy for dd so far either (she is in S1 IP, was from SNGS Pri). Think it’s the new schedule/subjects/friends and all the extra activities that come with starting a new school life. Perhaps give the girl a bit more time to settle down?

Sorry to hear that yr friend's dd isn't settling well in new school. As advised, give her some time to get used to the new school life, new friends....
But if she really desires to appeal to SNG, its still worth a try by going down to SNG to enquire or speak with the VP Academic. But as no prior arrangement made, may have to wait in the office till the VP is free.

Yr friend's dd not from SNG Pri?

Is it worth a try to speak to the VP Academic?

If yr friend really wants to appeal at this time, by going down to SNG to speak to the general office staff is pointless as the answer is most likely 'no' from them.
But if have a chance or ask for permission to speak with the VP, there's no guarantee too but at least yr friend can explain or inform VP the reason for appealing at this time.
Just curious, yr fruend's dd doesn't like her new sec school? Why?
PM me if cant openly say.

St Nicholas Girls' School did very well for the 'O' level.
I don't have the exact breakdown of numbers:
-There are about 60+ girls with 6 points.
                    For its L1R5, pending.

More news on 'O' level result:
                      - 62 got 7A1s and above.
