      Hihi! Tmr 730am. 🙂

      Hi,

From now on, it appear that they have to reach by 7.20am. dh dropped dd off by 6.55am this morning and again, he observed the queue of cars going to the school. :xedfingers: next week's traffic situation doesn't deviate too much from these 2 days. dd found friends who are staying in North/ NE area (buangkok, Seng kang, Bishan). So far travelling to Crescent has been manageable for her. She is excited to take the public transport home by herself next week.

Maybe becos she is a girl so I'm more paranoid. I do not agree to her arriving school before 6.45am. As it is stil dark and not many CG walking from the MRT at this time.
She usually reached Sch at abt 7am. Even then, this kiasi mummy stil wants her to walk with groups of her Sch mates.

            Hi CGS Parents,

My girl has joined CGS in Sec 1. It would be nice to interact & network with other CGS parents.
            Happy Weekend

Does anyone know Crescent’s O level performance? Read on their site that the school has performed very well and my DD said that the girls she saw taking results looked quite happy. But no concrete data till now. Any good news please share.

My friend is a teacher there. Almost 50% of the cohort got 6A1s n above.

Frankly, I was curious too. Wonder what is their average score like. Or only the Sec 4s will know.

The Sec 1s parents have mobile learning session in school on this coming friday evening. By any chance will we get to hear the principal talk about the o level performance??? Just find her very interesting and hope she stays on for as long as possible. Dd is enjoying school and has so much to share with us everyday.

                    Hi

I think today the principal will share their o level performance with all the students. They are doing pretty well.

My DD also said the result takers & families were looking happy as far she saw. I think they will put the achievements of top rankers only after few days. We can check with Principal on Friday.

My DD is also quite happy till date. So far so good.

I am looking forward to go to the school this friday. Think this time must bring the cheque book 😉

My dd told us ytd that she enjoys her HCL and comm arts lessons. Which I thought was pretty positive. She is also looking forward to start her cca this week. Last week... she even have \"TGIF\" lunch with some of her classmates/ buddies after school. We told her it's fine but she just has to manage within her weekly allowance (training her on financial management). Yes, definitely enjoying school despite the longer journey and hours. That don't seem to bother her at all.
