I received their flyers and saw that they offer math olympiad. Would like to get some feedback before considering to enrol my DS. 😂

          Hi Dreamliner23,

My DS is with Excelearn which is set up last December. He’s there for Maths tuition, not MO though. Mr Lee who teaches my DS is one of the owners of this centre. He has taught my DS, who is P6 this year, since he was P4 in another centre. My DS likes to attend Mr Lee’s lessons as according to him “it is fun and can understand his explanation, better than his school teacher”. I am not familiar with MO but I know that in the previous centre, Mr Lee was one of the few qualified teachers who taught students for Maths competitions. In fact, he was one of the Maths scholars during his uni days if my memories never fail me.
You may want to call up the centre and get more information.

My two sons attended Mr Lee’s Maths Olympiad lesson from another centre since my elder was in P3. When he decided to leave the centre to set up his own , my two sons insisted to follow him. Why?

He is unlike a lot of other enrichment centre teachers who are very commercialise simply teach for the sake of their job. He is passionate in teaching and definitely a meticulous teacher who is not easily to be found in all others enrichment centre. He will dwell into the subject with the kids making sure they understand, able to applied.
Recently, i have stopped working and have stop all classes for my sons but only keeping Mr Lee’s classes.
My elder son is Sec 1 and younger is P5 this year. My elder got a ‘A’ for his PSLE.
              Highly recommend!!!

Just to share, this centre is moving out in end march 2015. Not sure if closing down or moving elsewhere though.
