Hi westmom, Tri-mum & sleepy. Thanks for the response.

My kids are fussy and worst of all, not interested in clothes. It’s difficult to get them to go shopping with me. When they were younger, I used to decide/buy their clothes for them. In the last 1 year, I ended up having a lot of white elephants in their wardrobe. :x I have one more week to shop. Will check out Zara.

          Hi parents,

Where do you or your teenage children (12 & above) usually shop for clothes? Most shopping centres are full of clothes for ladies but very few have clothes suitable for youths. If you are aware of any place with a wide selection of clothes for this age group, kindly share. Thanks.
If u are budget conscious, especially in this economic climate, plus if u want to reduce the heartache of white elephants in ur dd's wardrobe, u can try giodano, hang ten or bossini and This Fashion. Sometimes, they do carry fashion suitable for tweens in the adult section. Just go for the XS or S sizes. My dd just got hers from hang ten and they were having 40% discount. Good value for money.

No worries, I was 155m weighing 50kg, wearing size 7 shoes when I was in P6. I was already wearing adult clothings, cos back then  in the 70s, not so fortunate to hv such nice clothes for youngsters.
I stop growing at age 16, erh  I mean height and shoe size lah.

My DD is 13 this year. We love going to FarEast Plaza for dresses - there are latest fashions and reasonable rate. Normal outing just wear jeans and t-shirts. Some shops in Holland V also sell overrun clothes like GAP, Levis and they are less than $20.

I am standing proud at 1.68m. After becoming a mom, feet size becomes 8.5, weight arh, still loosing after last weight-in.

I hv very wide-spread feet, cos I hate to wear covered shoes as a kid.
My gfs are believer that wearing covered shoes as kids prevent wide feet. They always insists on their girls wearing covered shoes.

Really..... then we are in trouble as kids wear crocs most of the time....

BTW, I went to West coast plaza today. It appeared that other than Nike factory outlet, they also have Jay Gee outlet there as well. Jay Gee includes Levis, adidas, Osh Kosh (more for kiddos in Spore context).

Anyone tried shopping on US website????

                        Hi MLR,

 wow... I like your ht

For myself, I simply hope that my DD height is below 1.7m.... I have a teenage girlfriend, who age 17, is 1.78m.... She always laugh at me said I just like her little sister (my ht 1.63m)... 😒 :stupid:

Then my friends always console me that Taiwan's top model Lin Chiling, 1.74m tall with shoes size 10, so famous....

Aiyoh, I never hope my DD to become a model leh... ... and is quite difficuit to get nice shoes with big shoes size leh...
