      2010 - 1st cohort to go through the entire 6-year DHP = 362 students


      2011 - Between 365 and 379 students [based on 93 students got at least 6 distinctions and 德明政府中学则有25%的学生取得至少六科特优的成绩。- 联合早报 dated 03 Mar 2012 (Sat)]

      2012 - Between 380 and 400 students [based on 74 students got at least 6 distinctions and 德明政府中学有19%考生获得至少六科特优。- 联合早报 dated 02 Mar 2013 (Sat)]

      At least 3 H2 distinctions:
      2010 - 37%
      2011 - 40%
      2012 - 34%
      2013 - 46%

        I agreed with Louis ,dun understand why they think DHS is not a good IP sch.

        I hv friends which sent their kids to prestigious sch n yet did not perform well
        In yr 2013 A level,In the end, my dd fared better in DHS obtained perfect score,Thanks n salute to all DHS teachers n assistants.i am so proud of DHS.well done

              Does these percentage distinctions really matter? Frankly, they take in students with stronger academic abilities (or handling examination abilities), naturally they would be expected to do well.


              Shouldnt we look at schools who had done well in uplifting student’s achievements? To me that is much more remarkable and commendable.

                        No lah ....to me everyone shld be welcome to post in any thread. 🙂
                        Thought unless u have a p6 or p5 child, most of us will not take note of the open house dates. Or maybe u have a child in dhs, and thus 'heard' tt the open house is in end may. 🙂
                        Btw if you have any feedback on dhs, do share with me too 🙂
