That’s cos all queuing to enter. If you’re there about 1 hour after opening, it’s ok. Unless you want to get something that has limited quantity.

the last time I went for the private sale was to buy the neoflam pans.

if I go there today, it would be to get the shoes which I hope will have 30% discount like the last time.

I went around 11+am previously. No queue to enter but impossibly long queue at cashier. So I left empty handed.


This time, I’m interested to buy from household dept, only 100 pieces. Remembering the long queue…

11am is late and the queues are worst on the fourth floor. When I was working in the area, I would see people already queuing outside before the doors open at 8.30am. Go around 9 am and pay at the lower levels, not level 4. In and out in an hour.

How do you ladies get this private sale invite aniwaes? Isetan membership?

yes isetan membership. You get points and private invite which basically just means you get to pick before the general public. The next day the sale goes public.


Oh there are coupon items that are popular but I think anyone who has the coupon can use it, you don’t need to show the card.
