      Hi All,

Guessed everyone have received the donation card regarding Jog A Walk from the school. Does the school specify the child how much $$ to collect? :?:

Counting the various $2, $5 & $10 estimate around to be $500 per card. Many years back have heard Teacher said if the child don't fill up all the blank amount the parents have to fork out the remaining $$. :!:

That was many many years ago when my old cousins studied in RMPS in the 90's.
You sure we have to top up :!: ....i forgot abt it. Besides, it is not nice to go visiting and ask ppl to donate, isn't it.

Just spoke to my son's form teacher. She said parents were not required to top up any difference. Of course, the school would appreciate if we could contribute. The more the merrier! Money not enough! πŸ˜‰

Then, you will need the tenacity and loud, loud voice that ah pek is showing in the other thread. πŸ˜‰

Seriously, I think all schools have their own fund raising. Hence, each member will have his or her turn.

Ha..ha anyway if time permit would then go for the marathon run. You are right, now most schools seem to be fund raising as one of their KPI’s.

                    Hi All,

Any idea the Speech & Drama is it carried out during the school hours? Seem quite fast the $$ from the edusave would be depleted very soon
                    . 😒

Is this a compulsory item where we not able to opt out?

                      Hi titank!

Yes, the Speech & Drama is carried out during the school hours. My son told me that he would be having his Speech & Drama today.

I don't think you will want to opt out if I were to tell you that your son's performance in this program contributes towards the 30%, right? πŸ˜‰

Good idea! Maybe we can arrange closer to the date?

Actually, titank and I \"tried\" to meet each other during our boys' orientation. However, there were simply too many people. In addition, we left it to chance, and did not make any arrangement prior to the event. πŸ˜‰
