Thanks for your reply. But when i see Kiasu Parents Balloting History for HIPS fr 2006 to 2013, at Phase 2B so far requires balloting only beyond 2 KM right? As i dont quite understand the list, so can someone advise me? Just want to know that i understand the Balloting History list correctly (just to be safe)

hi sorry, didn’t you are catholic… yes you are quite safe based on past results as they balloted at >2km for phase 2B… for phase 2C they always ballot at <1Km

For Catholic, you will be in phrase 2B.

Your chances of getting in under phrase 2B within 1 km is very high.
