Yes, but only as associated member. -
Associate member is what huh? I am planning to send my boy to Rosyth 3 years down the road…but I am staying at sengkang now. I can only sell my flat and move to serangoon 2 years later.

If I'm not wrong, Associate Member may not get you to 2B. Minimally you need to be an EM.
EM is not a default even if you have helped in the RC as observer. You need to be active in the RC and recognised by the RC Chairman. In addition, you will also need to ensure that there is an EM vacancy in the RC.
Lastly, you will then officially apply to PA (filling up a form) with the support of the RC Chiarman, and endorsed by the Advisor. Once it is approved (it may take up to 2-3 months), you will be notified with an official letter stating your appointment and the effective start date. -
But what i know from my chairman is EM and AM now share the same benefits from last year Oct... Is it true? So AM also can apply in Phases 2B?

Actually the best person to answer your queries will be your Assistant Constituency Manager as he can confirm with PA HQ. -

Hi
Can anyone advise,if we apply through phase 2B, under community leader, our chances of getting into the school that we want is confirmed. Even the school needs to ballot.
Thanks -

I don't understand your question. Are you asking if application for Phase 2B is confirmed if applying as a community leader? Or are you asking if application through Phase 2B is confirmed even if balloting is required?Hi

For both, Phase 2B is not confirmed. Even if balloting is not required for past years or balloting is only required for certain distances in past years, no one can guarantee that for your year, there will be no balloting required.
FYI, the only Phase which is confirmed is Phase 1, when you have an older child in the sch you want your younger child to enrol in.
