Just visit the school and ask them to give u the form, once filled they will call you for further things if your kid is 5 yo then should be going to P1 next year :?

Had to kiasu a bit mah, do volunteer now & clocked in as much hours as possible, 2 yrs before enrollment.

Dd took this test before; think is some mcq qns. Else, you can email to ask Mr Kwan who is quite a nice teacher.

My dd should be taking maths and science.
