I have been reading news from local internet and some newspapers that people have won millions from the casino. I think the media should not publish such articles as it may attracts more commoners by making them believe that winning is easy at the casino.


I really wonder why they dd not publish people who lost millions inthe casino. Do they worry that no one will go if they publish that?

Over CNY, I do heard about some companies paying the $2k levy for selective staff that need to entertain overseas customers when they are here in Singapore.

actually I don't think it is good. Staff may get tempted after the frequent visit, then from gamble a little bit to accompany customers, to become habitual gamblers.
