I gather from your question you avoid coffee/tea after certain hours? Previously, I didn't really have an issue about sleeping after drinking coffee. In fact, I tended to sleep better. But some months back, I noticed I had problem falling asleep after taking coffee. So now, I try to avoid coffee after 11pm.

I seldom go out at night unless i am with my kids.

DH is a homebody. So I tend to go out with GF for dinner and drinks or with colleagues for karaoke on Friday nights.
