For Nan Chiau, you do not stand a chance for balloting as balloting for the past two yrs for Phase 2C is for SC children within 1km.

i am SPR, my son studying at P3. And my daughter entitle to register at Phrase 1 at his school.The school my son is currently studying is quite far a bit from my house.

I am planning to register my daughter to the nearest school. Can i register my daughter at another school at Phrase 2C ? if cannot get the school, then only enrol her to her brother’s school?

Once Phase 1 is over, you cannot go back to the school to claim for priority. You will have to register your daughter at your son's school as any other parents in Phase 2C.

If you want to register your daughter at another school under phase 2c, you have to give up your daughter's confirmd place at your son's school.

If you are unsuccessful in getting a place at phase 2c, you cannot go back to your son\"s school to reclaim the phase 1 seat. You would have to compete with other parents for a seat (if there are vacancies left) at the later phase.

My hb was in a popular school which is currently <2km from our place from pri 1 to 3, despite didnt complete all 6 years education in that school does he consider ex student…? He had lost all document, and I had just recently obtain a copy of school letter from moe, isit that with just this letter to proof that he was once a student there be sufficient or do they need to see report book too?
I doesn’t want to go through balloting under phase 2C for another overwhelming school nearer my place, do you think I should just try popular school under phase 2A2 , if unsuccessful den it will be automatic cancel and worst to worst I can try 2C right? Base on all ur experience does balloting usually happen during phase 2B onwards.? I check that rulang always had ballot during pase 2C. Please correct me if im wrong, what im thinking is just to try my luck to enter rulang. Or drop that idea , enrol 2C will do. Haiz… confuse…

Yes, u just need that doc fm MOE, any doc that can proof that he's an ex-student. However, Phase 2A2 most likely need to have balloting, due to the new rules of keeping 40 seats for Phase 2B & 2C. This depends on how many seats are taken away during Phase 1 and 2A1.

Fm what I see for the past few yrs, Phase 1 will prob take up abt 40%+ of the whole intake.

Try ur luck for 2A2. If really unsuccessful, u can always try 2C for those sch near ur house.....
