I have a feedback regarding the registration of the Problem solving enrichment class. The registration date is supposed to start today, 8 May 10am. I had even called the school yesterday to check if there is early submission but the school enforced that it is today on first come first serve basis.

I was there at the guard post before 10am and there were only 2 parents ahead of me. But the training vendor told me that registration was already full. I was shocked to hear that. Some parents had already submitted their registration forms to the school a few days before . The vendor told me they will try to check with west spring if there can be additional classes but the class dates will be different . They will also refund me if necessary.

I feel that the priority should be given to parents who followed the instructions and took leave to go to the school to register. If the school /training vendor are accepting registration before the stated date they should be transparent and informed the parents early.

I hope west spring can resolve this fairly and also work out a better process for future registration matters. Thank you.

We’re very heartened by the very strong interest from our very supportive parents in our problem-solving enrichment course.

Yes, we’ve received feedback from the trainer on this matter this morning. Unfortunately, upon investigation, there appears to have been some miscommunication with our security guards who’d accepted a few forms earlier on. We’ve since addressed this gap in communications with the guards.

Parents will only hand the forms directly to the trainer concerned during the allocated time slot at the security post.

We’ve had a discussion with the trainer this morning to look into opening up additional classes in view of the strong interest.

We look forward to your continued support as we partner together for your child’s holistic education.

I fully agreed with what pigmummy say. My wife is there early this morning but was told that a lot of parents have already register before hand. I think it is really unfair for these parents who make an effort to go to the school this morning. Hope West Spring can look into this issue.

There’ll only be one Open House this year, on Thursday, 15 May 2014 from 12 pm to 1.30 pm.

Do try join us on this day by registering online. We’re almost reaching full capacity after increasing the capacity recently, with just a few more places left as of now. :xedfingers:

All 120 places for our Open House have been snapped up as mentioned earlier.

:thankyou: for your support. An email has already been sent to you to confirm your attendance on that day. Please do notify us by Wed, 14 May 2014, 9am, if you’re not able to attend the Open House so that we’ll be able to give this place to another interested potential parent.

Please do note that each participant may bring along one other adult on that day and that admittance to our Open House will be only through the online registration made by you.

Please do note that we’ll be starting the programme promptly at 12pm on that day. So do allow sufficient time for us to check against your registration on that day at the reception counters set up at the foyer, before you proceed to the school hall.
