2015 PSLE Discussion and Strategies

I first bought this title for P3...then followed by p4.
it is in line with the new syllabus.

Did anyone come across books for P5 listening comprehension? Oral booster - revised - Is it really new syllabus? Kindly share your views.

Is anyone attending ORA talk - preparing yr child for PSLE eng (new format) on 31st May? Speaker is Mrs Chua Ho Cheng. has anyone attended the talk before?

Looks like the 2015 PSLE discussion is very quite. Next year I presume it will come alive with our DC PSLE.


How was the jump for SA1 for your kids. Is it a very big jump or they are mantaining the results as P4. My DD results as slip a bit to As. She normally score high Band 1, but now slip to As.
How about the rest???

Wow results still not out yet. My DD school exam were over by the 1st week of May.
Was really not happy about it. Cause till school close the kids were very relax. The subjects were rush through so that the school could have the exam earlier. If the exams are later part of May, at least the teachers could revise properly.

My DS finished his exams by second week of May and a lot of stuff were either rushed or not taught.. ...

Now they are back to normal schedule so hardly any post-exam celebration..

Funz you must be happy with her results. In my DD class most of the girls grades has dropped.Even the top girls marks as slight down a bit.

Now have to see whether they pick up during the SA2

Hi auntieM,
I wonder why the rush in the syllabus, Why can't the school teach the classes without rushing through. For the last 3 weeks, though she has normal lesson but most of the time is doing holistic stuff.
The school should put the time to better use
