Had short ME time @ Subway.

Hubs is avoiding eggs or rather \"trying\" to avoid eggs to watch cholesterol. Especially the yolks.

That’s why cannot eat often. I only take half boiled eggs once every 2 to 3 months. Normally, the eggs get chop-ed by DC.

I think they use that. But sometimes fail? Other places, they still serve the eggs that have become almost fully cooked eggs.
