      A new stadium is being built by them for the Olympic Games.

        Where the "them" is not explicitly defined by the question, it’s ok to just write "being built for the Olympic games" (since it’s quite obvious that someone has got to built it, but the purpose (Olympic Games) has to be written.


        Had the question been,

        "pm123 and friends are building a new stadium for the Olympic Games", then you’ll need to preserve the details of "pm123 and friends".

                    2. Jun lied without batting an eyelid. Noraini was shocked.

                    3. Jason performed poorly in the examinations. His parents were greatly disappointed.
                    DD ans: Jason's poor performances in the examinations caused his parents to be greatly disappointed.
                    model ans: Jason's poor performance in the examinations greatly disappointed his parents.

                    4. If Dave had not lost the map, the trekkers would not have found their way out of the jungle.

                    Can anyone explain why DD's ans are wrong?
