St Anthony's Primary
-
Hi,
Need advice.
St Anthony or dazhong Pri?
Reason being cousin has a confirm place in dazhong n if both kids go dazhong, it be easier for my mum to fetch…
Any advice on the plus of each schools…
Thanks in advance. -
I understand it’s a single session.
Can check what time school starts n end?
Thanks. -
It’s currently 2 sessions but I guess when move back to original site, it’ll become single session?
School starts at 7.20am but need to be there by 710am. Lets out at 1pm.
If you can send kid to school, please do so. DS takes school bus to school and he’s the last to be picked up and even then that’s at 620am! Even better if can walk to school. -

Possible to share any views on st Anthony or dazhong if any ?
Still not decided between the two. -
It’s hard to say since both my kids were/are with SAPS only.

Thanks for replying.. -
thank you for your reply!
that was what I was thinking to, to try SAP and if really no choice then Fu Hua.
So far your kids enjoy SAP?
I’m sure with the upgraded campus, it would be plus point too! -
I noticed that SAPS used to require balloting for <1km. However, for the last couple of years it has been relatively easy to get in for SC. Why is that so?

Because of the recent change in registration rules to allow SC priority over PR when demand exceeds vacancies.
Last time, for each phase, entry to the school was based on distance priority, ie within one km, one to two km then more than two km. These two years, each phase will admit all SC first then if still have vacancies, PR based on distance criteria. -
Thanks Jedamum
