Don't talk about phase 2B. Phase 2A2 has 60 vacancies and already 59 have registered at the end of today.

I suspect quite a number belong to the \"register at P2A first while monitoring other schools for which they qualify under later phases\" category.

If withdrawal happens in P2C, then the extra place goes to P2C. MOE doesn't \"backtrack\".

Hot off the oven! Balloting at Phase 2A2 as there are 67 vying for 60 vacancies unless 7 withdraw their registration.
