No, they can't. Bartley Residence Temporary Occupation Permit (T.O.P.) is 2017 and MOE will not allow the new address for registration if it is not within two years of the child’s entry into Primary One (2015 and 2016).

I have purchased a yet-to-be completed property and should be moving in after the property is completed. Can I make use of the new home address for the purpose of registration?



Yes.



The new home address can be used provided that you are able to produce evidence from the relevant authority that you have committed to the purchase of this property.



In the case of private property, you must produce the original Sales and Purchase Agreement. For the 2014 Primary One (P1) Registration Exercise, the date of commitment by the developer in the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) must not be later than 31 December 2016.

In the case of Housing & Development Board (HDB) flat, the Agreement for Lease is required. For the 2014 Primary One (P1) Registration Exercise, the Delivery Possession Date must not be later than 31 December 2016.

In addition, you have to sign a letter of undertaking to move into the new property within two years of the child's entry into P1.

For P2C, am I right to say that Singapore Citizen and Singapore PR can apply.
if so, does it mean that if applicants is more than vacancies offered, SC is given priority according to <1km, 1-2km and outside 2Km before remaining vacancy given to PR according to distance like SC?
