as of 11am today, 30 registration for phase 2B for Nanyang, vs 12 registration for phase 2B for Henry Park - I think there’s no need to ballot for Henry Park probably in 2B - good for the Grassroot leaders

From what i knew around 10am, 20 out of 24 are already within 1 km. Not sure the latest news as of now. See latest, was 30 applicants, not sure how many of them are within 1km.

P2B - either they have volunteered in NYPS or they are GRL in the constituency (I've been told that RGPS is in a different constituency). They got no choice but to stick their head out and go for it.
