I'm very impressed with one particular school, not mentioning for sake of adding more competition to myself. Upon stepping into that school, a seven years old student actually attempted to be my guide, and I have to spend ten minutes with him, before finding an excuse to shake him off. But over all, I very impressed with what they have done to the children.
Lol. Is the xxx school \" that school \" ? :rotflmao:
Haha 7 yrs old student is another crucial clue to which what school is that school.... haha
I guess as a parent of children in \"that school\", I have learnt that as long as the 7 years old are given the opportunity, they can do it! Thumbs up to the ALPS Team! -

RMPS phase 2B 21 registered ... so confirm balloting, but not sure for which distance
:stupid: there goes my hope for left-over to Phase 2C... -
High 5 sweetlittle. Initially i was very worried for my gal PAL swimming lesson as they are just 6+yrs(mine is year end kid) and they got to change and settle everything by themselves in sch b4 heading to the Delta pool, pack and unpack etc. Although my gal is very indepedent (she grew up in full time childcare until K2) but as paretns still worried la. Now coming to end of July, the kid is doing very well, she said she takes lunch in student care and then change there before heading to pool. Aft sch, all nicely pack into the bag and brg back home. Dont forget, they are just 6-7yo...the sch teaches them to be very independent though.

Its ok KC spider. I did try applying for PV for radin mas.
And I have yet not used the GRL P2B advantage yet. Coz RMPS is not my first choice. My husband told me to just go for 1st choice in P2C. And I am inclined to agree with him coz I will feel bad if someone who really wants to get in did not get in coz of me & I give it up later (which is highly likely). -

High 5! The school has an experienced team. Everything is very nicely planned & well-organized - be it PTC, orientation, open house. I am still very impressed with the P, VP & the entire ALPS team.
Last term, I was at the pool and witnessed another school having their regular swimming class there. I was not impressed by how things work with the swimming instructors & the students. Thus keeping my expection low.
However, when DS1 group started swimming this term, I am very impressed. It does matter how a team runs a school. -
Hi, mysweetlittlethings, apart from dance group, do you know any other new ‘clubs’ or groups in That School?
VP told me there’s a Science group too. Any others?
Also, from That School’s parent networking forum, someone mentioned about new teachers joining. Do you know if they are freshly graduated NIE teachers or experienced teachers? -
Hi KC
i saw few new faces this term, but they dont look junior lei. to me, they more look like mid 30+ which shd be quite experienced. I didnt even ask my form/co teachers as to me, students themselves play most important role whether how well they are doing in their study… As I understood from other parents in my whatsapp groups, some classes the teachers were from Maha Bohdi. Just sharing with all the parents concerned here…Wish u all best of luck !! -
KC Spider:
Err...KC Spider, are you sure you still want to ask questions about that school? It will only add to its popularity, you know. :evil:Hi, mysweetlittlethings, apart from dance group, do you know any other new 'clubs' or groups in That School?

There will be spill over applicants from Queenstown planning area, specifically Fairfield. They are talking about ‘that school’ now!
