phtthp:
Hope that they can form a class or 2 to learn higher chinese in the futureKenmakch:
There will be spill over applicants from Queenstown planning area, specifically Fairfield. They are talking about 'that school' now!
Alexandra can become the future CHIJ St Nicholas, of Bukit Merah -
if from Primary 1 onwards : the Principal turn Alexandra into learning Higher Chinese, instead of Normal Chinese
Possible? -
pardon my ignorance, but what’s the diff with basic chinese, chinese, and higher chinese?
-
Chinese is the chinese that most students learn - used to be known as "EM2 Chinese".
Higher Chinese used to be known as "EM1 Chinese"
Basic Chinese used to be known as "EM3 Chinese"
*Assuming you are similar age to me… these EM1, EM2, EM3 were the streaming terms we had when we were in pri sch. -
