That was during peak hours at 10 plus. This is during off-peak at 7am. While it seems fast, it's still a far cry from the 100Mb I'm supposed to have paid for

I believe it's probably due to Chief is using Starhub cable but most of us are using the normal telephone line. Must compare apple to apple mah.
