May i ask whether \"that school\" still have PAL programme for primary 2 as i notice the school hours back to 1.30pm everyday?

PAL is something i like about the sch but not sure it is just for P1...

PAL is for p1 & p2
They will need to stay back once a week till 4pm to practice be it dancing or a music instrument together as a class.

After the 6th week, parents will be invited to watch their kids perform on stage

I am saying based on my kid's experience but mine not in APS

What are your considerations not to go for Cantonment which is nearer your place adn easier entry than ZPS or RVPS?


Personally, I see many ‘beng’ from ZPS hanging around the area, which doesn’t give a good impression.

There isnt much review and comments on Cantonment, be it about the teachers, environment, students, etc, and it is still a pretty new school as compared to ZPS and RVPS, whom we have seen results…

Im 〈1km and looking at the situation, my confidence level of getting a place in That Sch drops from 95% to 60%.


Unless sch is willing to state no of kids 〈1km, i think i will not want to take the risk.

I foresee many parents will do last min registration or switch sch. Tomorrow will be a scary day.

For you to have a 60% chance of getting a seat at \" That School \", the nos of within 1km registering have to be 187/0.6, ie. 311. That is simply impossible to happen. Have my impending switching of target cause you to worry ???

Personally, I see many 'beng' from ZPS hanging around the area, which doesn't give a good impression.

I also came across upper primary students from ZPS in TB McDonalds shouting hokkien vulgarities. That is a big discount on ZPS. One of the reason for choosing APS is because there are no upper primary students and will definitely have less bad influence and bullies.

Hi TBD, me too me too. I'm a sahm which means i walk around e estate to ran errand at different timing.... Witness uncountable cultural shock :yikes:
