        Lady Fifi:

If I only had girls, CHIJ would definitely be the 1st choice as the IJ brand of schools is 1 that has a track record of equipping their students with the right attitude to survive in life. The independence, resilience, adaptability of an IJ girl really sets them apart from others. It's the IJ spirit. And I've never met any IJ girl that regrets going to IJ.

My comments about Kellock are in previous pages. As an old girl, I firmly believe in the IJ brand of schools. They groom the students into independent, caring & capable persons. In the working world, I find that IJ girls may not present the best academic results but they are confident and very likely to be able to do the job (as opposed to good grades but crap working ability/attitude). So if you only have girls, go for Kellock.

        I have 2 boys.

Once an IJ girl, always an IJ girl!
The IJ Spirit lives on & on & on... šŸ˜„

          Lady Fifi:

P.s. The VP at Kellock has been there all her teaching career. As with many teachers there. So there is very good contunuity in Kellock.

I'm torn between CHIJ or GESPS. My parents are staying near Boon Tiong and transport is an issue.....especially after CCA, Supplementary etc....

          Any advised???

I heard school bus charges are pretty affordable at CHIJ. My fren staying at Cantonment paid about $60.

Im a Methodist boy, my dad is an ACSians.
Sadly, chances of getting my child into Fairfield is \"zero\"

I joked with the Fairfield admin, we should be admitted into Fairfield Alumni council, since both father and grandfather came from Methodist school.

I called at 8am and now 847am. That Sch increased by 2 怈1km applicants.

Shows that some people are still monitoring.

Even for 怈1km, may be risky

how about those within 1-2km? stand a chance? or likely go into balloting?
                        (asking for friends out there)
