anyone has any idea if there will be balloting for outside 2km for katong convent pri?

Went for balloting this morning at yu neng.pri.. unsucessful *sigh

So sad
Nevertheless will register my son at East coast pri under 2C supplementary
Its 2.43km away from my hse.. that's the best distance i can get from my hse.

What abt Opera Estate Pri?

Oh ya just found out that OEPS have only 10 vacancies left. Heard that ECPS's principal is good but not sure abt teachers. Im staying very near but I won't go for this sch but there not much other options. My girl is in a sch 2km away from my hse.

It's OK, i will just go for ECPS :boogie:
no choice already, hehehe means my son have to take school bus
since my child will be in student care ard my area
anyway can i ask why you did not register ur child in ECPS even it is near to your house? (maybe you can PM me)

No idea. Outside 2km means can apply from the whole of Singapore.

Last two years all places taken up at P2C. This year still have a whopping 35 vacancies left for P2Cs.

Find it strange that parents don’t go for schools like damai and east coast even if they stay very nearby? Didn’t hear much from parents whose children study there… So really have no idea. Something wrong with the schools? O.o

I always wonder why Yu Neng Primary only takes in 180 students each year. For students who stay within 1km to 2km from Fengshan Primary, Yu Neng Primary and Red Swastika (the 3 schools are near to each other) always end up having problem finding a school nearby as these 3 schools are very popular.
