I just purchased the latest 2014 prelim however due to the logo of the vendor, many words in the question papers were being blocked and cannot be read. Please advise.

Dear Parents,
While I was trying to download some test papers recently, I did a google search and bought some papers. Later after more research, I found that the version I bought was available for free at another site and the latter site has paper with better scan quality and same answer sheets.

I can’t blame Google because it only checks if the website marketing tagline matches our search words. Google cannot ensure that the product and service are value for money.

I did more research and would like to share the findings here:

•\tThe differences between test paper providers are their branding/logo on the answer sheets and the speed and type of delivery. Most of them are not teachers nor publishers but just photocopy and scan shops.

•\t2012 papers or those more than one year ago are considered free at all sites. So the “buy 2013 and get 2012 free” does not make much sense.

•\tShown above are many sites that provide absolutely free papers. They usually provide 5 year to 10 year papers, which are much more that those that charge a fee.

•\tSome such sites offer value added services like providing blog to discuss Math answers, offering interactive tests and providing Math solutions.

On this forum topic, we are talking about Top School Exam Papers. However, MOE has not been publishing primary school ranking for years. So how do we know which are the top schools. Fortunately, there is an unofficial ranking. It was based on whether any school student scored above 275 points; the number of school students that attained the top 10 PSLE national graduates list; and the recency of the achievement over a period of ten years.


Based on these criteria, the top 20 primary schools were:
Anglo-Chinese School (Primary) - 11th
Methodist Girls’ School (Primary) – 12th
Ai Tong – 13th
Bukit Panjang Primary – 14th
Red Swastika – 15th
Maha Bodhi – 16th
Pei Chun Public – 17th
Nan Chiau Primary – 18th
