What about Question 10 Paper 2 (grammar section)? DS cant remember it, but some of his classmates chose Option 1 (is) while others chose Option 3 (was). The question was: "Grandparents’ habit ___ … [ds couldnt remember]".

Must both be connected ? Can book sales be the setting the writer was in, but cheering involving a separate event ?
