Is this the matching section?

      It is 对话 section.

Thanks bleeze! If it is 对话 section, won’t the 2 answers fit into different blanks and not that one is chosen over the other? I’m not sure, I’m just asking.
Welcome whitecarrotcake.

It will depend what is the in front statement and the behind statement. But DS cannot remember what is the statement.
My ds said, the conversation like as below:-

student a : My grand mother at age of 60++ still working

student b : Then you whole family is …

      student a : you misunderstand…

      So,my ds choose latter
Mine chose the latter too cos DS said below it’s written : don’t misunderstand or something like that… So it meant not to misunderstand that they are not filial…

Can someone confirm compo qrs 2 is picture. My dd wrote as qrs3 and told me she last minutes changed to qrs 2 in the writing booklet. She got mixed up with the English compo qrs. Was very worried n still cannot get over it.

        Don't worry, I just checked with DS2, confirmed picture is Q2. 😉

Thanks. At least now I can stop thinking about it.. My DD told me if wrote wrong qrs, straight away 18 marks will be deducted from compo.

Sigh, why 对话 section Q25 everyone have different answer?! Perhaps MOE will accept both. Hopefully they do, so that everyone will be correct 😉 .

Wrong question number -> 18 marks deducted? :nailbite: Really?

Actually, I think that if you write the wrong question number (eg. you write \"1\" instead of \"2\"), the markers should be able to understand that you meant \"2\" judging from the content. If you write \"3\" as the question number, the markers will help you judge from the content in the compo.

Thanks bleeze! Dd chose the 2nd one as she gave the same reason that the student then said,\" no don't misunderstand\".

That’s exactly what my DD told me. She chose the latter too.

Ya, not to worry. My dd wrote the wrong question number for the English compo. After submitting the scripts, she then told the inviligilator. The inviligator told her it s ok, the markers will know. 😓

加油 all the kids and parents!! :celebrate:
