NTUC year end will collect textbooks and assessment books for needy. Alternatively, you can put at National Library book exchange corner - I usually put my unwanted books there and interested parties will pick them up.

Thanks. For national library, I supposed they won't want assessment books?

Just recalled how my niece (she sat for PSLE last year) happily passed her partially used assessment books to ds last year. ds is so \"fortunate\" to have dd1 and my niece passing him loads of their unused stuff šŸ˜†

This question about organisms surviving and not decomposition. It was similar to one of DS's school questions and he was marked wrong by teacher when he wrote blood contains digested food.
So the main aim of the organisms to survive is to take in nutrients. Without nutrients the organisms cannot survive.

          Just to share........
Not sure if your ds school question is \"what is blood made up of or what does blood contain\". Blood does transport food. So it contains food but is not made up of food.

I usually passed on to friends' kids or give to NTUC by year end since I do not pack so early. I have also put assessment books in the book exchange corner occasionally.

To add to that, some schools collect textbooks, assessment books, school uniforms for their needy students. Have to call up your school's general office to enquire whether they are interested

                      Top one : no water

Bottom one : food carrying tube, phloem, cut off.
