:yikes: Which finger(s) have no more fingerprints? Can you still use Changi Airport's automated clearance?

Only the ones on the left hand. Fingers 2, 3, 4, and 5. Those are the fingers that grip the strings of the guitar. Only the part near the fingertips are gone, rest of them ok. So far no problems with Changi Airport's fingerprint system as you don't scan your fingertips.

on piano they call them 2,3,4,5
for in guitar we call them 1,2,3,4 πŸ˜‰
Thank you for the explanation. My son decided not to learn guitar because he is afraid of getting blisters πŸ˜‰ but he enjoys listening to Sungha Jung. Sungha is really really talented... It is so nice if have talent like him...

Thanks. I enjoyed it. I noticed the way he holds his guitar is different from most people. Do you know why? Sorry for the stupid question because I don't know anything about guitar.

that is the traditional way to hold a classical guitar
during exam, weather ABRSM,Trinity, yamaha etc exams
u must hold the guitar with a guitar rest or foot rest on the left side

Any reviews about the ukulele class offered by cristofori? What about its classical guitar classes. Am quite keen to start my kid on ukulele but the available time slots are not suitable, thinking of the classical guitar but afraid it’s to tough for a 6 yr old and might kill his interest in the instrument.thanks!

Cristofori used to have some good guitar teachers, not sure about now. Anyway, classical guitar is indeed not suitable for 6 yr old. Ukulele on the other hand is ok, my girl learnt it last year when she was 6 too.

indeed.. but if you look at the materials and syllabus they do. it is more interesting.
i agree that classical guitar is not really suitable for 6yo . p3 maybe good if want to start from young.
