if there a page mention that about the name tag. and if pay ment made by 31th … i cant remember. can anyone show me the picture of that page…

Not sure if this what you need to know. I don't see any payment required.

What Plam View is trying to tell the parents is - During the Orientation Day, our child will be issued a name tag by the Form Teacher after which you will need to indicate on the name tag regarding the dismissal arrangement (picked up by school bus, parents, grandparents, go after school care and etc.) We have to safe-keep the name tags as the child is required to wear it for first 3 weeks.
